closest good place is probably Thames river in connecticut. But I like your idea better

The Lami I picked up, was a steal!!!!!!
....Fuji guides....beautiful workmanship...I bought it from a friend going thru a divorce.....he decided to give up fishing 
......OK, I'LL TAKE IT!!!....I went and looked at it...  (and it looked so lonely).....but the custom job it has, only shows three letters....LAMI....the rest is covered by the fixings..... 
so as far as the size or style.....??? |

I ld like to show you some of my work sometime, not good enough for the moment of fame. yet. I ve been wrappin for three years i've made between 25 or 30 rods. Ain't it nice using qaulity tackel. We know colors don't catch fish but it'll make us go fishin just a little more!

I'm 30.....and flirty!!!
....I have a Muerex 91/2' ....my first custom rod, Lotta Luck with it...it was a hand me down from manny manny years ago!!
....landed alot of Squeteague, Bass, Blues......in the years....I'm been adding to that ever since .....No squeteague yet though... .....
....My dad insists I've caught one, but its too far back for my dead brain cells....he used to drag me out....when I was 7 or 8.....then I started dragging him out

couldn't tell ya, never seen it....I've researched it on here, but couldn't find it....unfortunately the letters were covered the last time I had it refinished....but I remember distinctly....the it was very close to this spelling....Meurex??....somethin real close to that.
.....I usually have Joe Bait do my rod work. Are you familiar with him?...he's the guy Bucko's sends their work to....

I hear ya man, fishohalic ta say the least. Squeteague,don't think Ive caught one either. Couple years ago I ran into some guy's that where catchin them on the causeway ( SO THEY SAY ). Ive been strippin down alot of old rods and making them look brandy new. I just did one of my favorits. I replaced the stainless guilds with fuji's, I got the feeling that rod will get alot of use. I also extented the woodin handel and cork taped it....Looks like a different animal.
