How would you put a center hook on it? I can think of a spot where a clear one would be a killer.

Steelhead.......leave the head on the pen....just behind where the head meets the body put a black eye on[marker] then drill two holes close to the center,,,one for the belly hook and the other for a drop of lead...drill through the lead so your wire will pass through that lead and keep it in place,,no need to poxy the lead hole

Hey CS, I was wondering about the belly hook as I was putting it together. Thanks for the how to and where :-) This one started out with the point, but it broke as I was wrapping the wirter at the rear. Next one. Going to have sneak a few more from the wife's pocket book.
Should the lead go behind the belly hook so it rides a bit nose up?

Found an old clear one. Not one of those new cheap ones....
Maybe I'll color it with transparent magic marker.
