nuttin' to be ashamed about.

try the hot yoga. the one where you're in a room heated to 120 degrees. dripping sweat. with a bunch of hotties in the room.

As an aside, I did notice that the Dartmouth TJMaxx as a huge stock of yoga bags if you need something sporty to carry that mat in

My wife tried it at a place over here in Stoughton. Was a hot room though and she couldn't take it with her hot flashes.

Is the place you went a hot room??
