A little 1 billion dollar program BOTCHED by Congress. NOW prove to me how they will get the healthcare thing right... It's only about 4 THOUSAND times more money....

Ya, they can't even run a small simple 1 billion dollar rebate plan,
and they are going to put forth a new 1 TRILLION dollar health care plan over haul.

So if I have a clunker with a trade in value of 15K and the govmint gives me 4500 and the dealer matches it I have basically a 24K TRADE IN,right? So I buy a 15k Yaris, do I get a check?

Nameless Toyota dealer on Aquidneck, told potential buyer he would have to chase the Febs for the 4500. The dealer refuses to do so. But will destroy the clunker at buyers expense.
