can't leave out anything Pat Methney and he did together. This one is done with Jaco. The live one below is without him but awesome none the less and the bass player is fantastic, Richard Bona

Hey, been on non-fishing vaca for two weeks. I can't see any of the posted video blocks on the page. All empty squares that won't let me see the videos. Maybe if you repost them.
that who song is one of my fav's. Great Bass. I will see if you can fix your computer before I try and repost. Shame if you can't see them as there are lots of Jaco. Especially the Trio of Doom cuts.
Off to see Robin Trower tonite with Slingha. Should be real good

Gave up on IExplorer and went to Mozilla. One more reason to hate MS. I can see now!!!
Great stuff all!! but I gots to get me that Trio of Doom. Great thread of Jaco (number one fav) with just about all my fav guitar guys. Pat and Jaco are still tops, but great to hear Jaco with Bill and Johnnie Mac and Al. I haven't listened to that Al album in about twenty years. Got some catching up to do with my vinyl this winter. Maybe move my turntable to my tying room. Yeah, that's the ticket.
Sad part is seeing how many of these guys are no longer with us. Still leaves a bit of an empty feeling to watch Jaco video.
I finally broke down and bought the Shadows and Light DVD. May I can find some on the tube to post. Keep watching!
Luv that Joni Mitchell concert footage. If you do a search for Joni Mitchell in this forum you will see a bunch of them and all are fantastic. Micheal Brecker on sax's is great and sadly gone too. Just may be one of the best bands ever assembled as far as talent in each instrument goes.
I absolutely luv the big band sound too on the other post.
you can get trio of doom as mp3's for a buck a song at Amazon or album for 9 bucks
Here is the story of the album, worth reading, and a little funny
