Anybody up for American Craft Beer Fest in Boston June 19th?
Maybe a (smallish) S-B rally and joint sampling tour (400 beers and plenty of beer education)? I am thinking the first session on Sat afternoon, but may change my mind based on advanced scouting info depending on what I hear.

My son bought me the book "The Good Beer Guide to NE" by A Crouch. I plugged all the pubs into my GPS as waypoints so whenever I'm out cruising and get near one I make it a point to stop in.

Sea Hag IPA is pretty decent as well as Loose Cannon.Newport Storm's new Pale Ale is good too.All three have between 7-8% alc. by volume so you gotta take it a little easy!

Are you talking about the Newport Storm Cascade Pale Ale?
I thought that was terrible.

I only drink that one when it's free and there's not an alternative.

I'm having my 2nd bottle now. Much better when pour into a glass rather than consuming directly from the bottle. Or maybe it is that I'm recovered from our 12+hr tuna hunt ordeal.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

If you like local brews try Blue hills IPA, I don't like IPA's, but this one has a light hoppy finish. The brewery is in Canton on Rt138. Also you can buy the beer by the gallon!

Went to an old standby last night during the game, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. One of the older gals for sure.

Harpoon Wet Hop Ale (part of the 100 barrel series) oh yeah and this may be too late because it came out a while ago but if you come across the 100 Barrel Oyster stout you MUST grab it (for me, thanks LOL)
