LOL. That one I bought (after my wife got fed up waiting 2 decades for me to make one), this one I built.
The bags are cordura nylon. You can also use sail cloth dacron or vinyl coated polyester. Outdoor fabric sites and sail making sites carry the stuff. It gets complicated, however, and home machines with plastic gears (even "heavy duty" home machines) struggle when you get to thick layers. What you want is an industrial "walking foot" machine. The start up costs are high enough that buying a commercial bag becomes cheap. |
