You are lucky it was your thumb, I know a guy that got his bells rung really good with a blue fin tail, right Skippy?
So that is your excuse for not man-handling the Keith shark?  No really, I've never seen a guy pull harder in defeat.
Get that thumb fixed/cured pronto, Tog-fest II will be here before you know it and you don't want a tog taking you to the cleaner!

Yeah, viking star, sounds like a similar trip to yours except we had a ton of longfin, mahi, and got to tangle with a few swords. Definitely an awesome time out there- I could see this becoming a new (and expensive) addiction.
I had forgotten how good fresh wahoo was... fish tacos last night were amazing!
