My boats full Niko, TT, my buddy Bill

Scouted out the ramps Goose mentioned, looking to use this one- West Rodney French Boulevard ramp

The East Rodney French Boulevard ramp is on the opposite side near Davey's Locker. If its blowing N/NE.. I would avoid this ramp, other then that its good. It has a pier not a float. A double lane ramp.

Do you have to wait for the bridge to open at that ramp?

Tough to scout for Tog lately but I will make an attempt on tuesday. I tentatively have JackK, Angler229, and Fishbones as customers. Looking forward to some good togging.

If it blows like this past weekend I'll opt for the golf course instead, my boat rides low in the bow and would be problematic if it's 4 footers at anchor. What is the launch site and projected fishing location, curious what the options are if it blows hard.

Long range forecast showing Sunday pretty nice, upper 50's and sunny. Will have to wait for the wind/wave forecast.....

I just came across this....Is it still on for the 23rd???
I went toggin once a couple weeks ago and it was kinda slow with a lot of shorts. But the water temp has dropped since then.

I have to see if this will work....I kind of promised the wife I would take her to Nantucket that weekend so it may be out for me this year. The 5th is no good for me either so I may be out of luck this year. I will see if I can work some magic.
I did it last year and it was fun. We had a bunch of fish and a lot of laughs.

In any case I will be out there mid week when the weather is nice. The wind has been killer the last few days here.

if you want in on the pool you need to contribute a plug per person. we will weigh the fish out on the water as there will be boats launching from different ports. last year we launched around 7:30 or 8 am. no real finish time

You will need 2 plugs per person.
And you will need to weigh your fish on our boat. We will have a certified scale that will cost 1 beer per fish weigh in. Btw make sure everyone on your raft has a saltwater license.

As usual, I over commit to stuff...It is going to be a last min call for me this weekend.... and if I can squeeze it in to my weekend, I will probably have a few anglers from my neck of the woods on board.
If not... I could offload some that are over filled. Hope to see you out there.
Sorry for the indecision on my end, my life is not well structured these days. If anything changes I will post.

Great news with the forecast, let's hope it holds up.I tried to get out yesterday for what was supposed to be 5-10,not even close. Went upriver with eels... nice to know there are still some quality bass around but the chocolate milk water means you have to hit them on the head. Lost a serious fish up near Hixbridge...heartbreak for my copilot who is all thumbs.

Everyone on Sunday have a source for crabs? Might be able to pick up (buy) some extras if necessary....
