Sorry for not updating the grid earlier in the week - computer issues and as grandpa used to say "busier than a one arm paper hanger."

Always been interested in P90X. I would like to hear how much time you have to put into it every day and the food plan. Good Luck!!!

Down 3 pounds even this week. Losing this much weight is starting to get expensive, I need to buy all new clothes!

Isn't that a wonderful thing - Congratulations! Be good to yourself you deserve it. Just got a new belt one size down at Marshalls last night. .Hopefully I will need some new clothes by the end of the month.

235 pounds total weight loss for the group. Let's try and hit 250 by the end of April. If we all lose 2 pounds this week we can do it. As Kevin Millar said "It's time to cowboy up".

A good week and a bad week. First the good news I ran under 10 minute miles in a 5k road race I did in 28:58. If you told me this three years ago when I joined the portly angler I would have laughed. Not too bad for a short little fat Irish guy in his 50's. The bad news is I gained 2 pounds and I felt like I ate all the right things. Starting to get frustrated any suggestions on trying to lose the next 25 pounds would be greatly appreciated.

well there is the wrestlers diet. atleast 5 hours of intense work out a day and 2 small meals a day, like an orange counts as a meal, and normal fluids but just water. I went from 164 to 140 last year on it. sucks and i'd never recomend it but it works

Finally in at 188 (remember think short fat Irish guy). Past few weeks have been hard because I have been eating right, exercising hard and not seeing anything on the scale. Nice to finally see some results. As TDF says it is not a diet it is a change of life. Hope some more guys had a good week.

In at 186.5, not bad after splurging a little bit on my birthday this week. I think there were a couple of other birthday boys in the portly angler this week - hope you guys had a good one.
