				 | Tough winter with a new boat in the yard calling you every day Striper1? My wife bought me a 18.5 cc last fall one week before I was to go on a bear hunt up north, that was the worst hunt I have ever been on, just could not get my head on straight thinking about the boat all week. Then came winter and looking at it in the yard all coverd up for 5 months I think my wife was trying to put me over the edge but then I found this board and got thru the winter with a little help from my (new) friends!!! Are you going to trailer it or put it in the water? I think GS had a good idea the other day for a boating derby are you game?

				 | I can fish two along with me in my boat, and GS can fit two also and I'm sure that new rig of yours could do two easily. One or two more and we could do it. I don't know how many showed for the 4 leg derbys last year but I bet it wasn't more than 10 or 15? Two more boats and we would fit 12 to 15! |

				 | A boat derby would be fun, I think the issue is finding neutral ground ... GS - has Scituate to Hull locked up, GB knows the lower Buzzards Bay, Bloo is getting to know that area, Striper1/Sweed/FW&BC/Schoolie Monster running the Hahbah Islands & Clamdigger in Naragansett Bay, and if I have a boat running by mid summer - we'll need some fresh but local area to work... Wouldn't that be interesting, fish an area that people haven't fished before and needing to apply fish FINDING skills & reading the water & charts instead of running to 'Ol Joes Honey Hole ... Something worth looking into, eh? |

				 | We should be able to fit the whole Striped-Bass crew on that baby, thanks for the invite Swede. Do we need to tip the tug skipper? Is there a full time chef in the galley? How about we bring the grills and anchor off the Block. |

				 | Red can you make fish look bigger than they are with that there camera I think this could be a fun day trip and could be done at maybe one or two differant spots? Red your in as my first mate being so close you could bring the coffee and it would not be cold before I got to it. |

				 | This riddle will really mess with you.
It will take a lot of thought to solve it.

The Thompson triplets were sitting around watching television.

The reception was so bad that they decided

to throw away their TV and go buy a new one.

They checked their wallets and found that they only had $10 each.

So they took their $30 to a second hand store.

They met a salesman who told them he had a TV for sale for $30.

So they gave him $30 and took the TV.

However, when the salesman went in the back of the store

he realized that the price was supposed to be $25.

So he ran back outside to give them their $5 back.

But when he realized they had each paid $10

he didn't want to make it confusing so he only gave them $1 back each

and he kept the other two dollars for himself.

OK, let's recap. They paid $10 each which is $30 total.

The salesman gave them back $1 each and he kept $2 for himself.

So they actually spent $10 each minus $1 each.

Which means they spent $9 each.

 9 X 3 = $27,

 The salesman kept $2.

 That's a total of $29.

 Where's the other dollar?

				 | they each donated $10......each recieving a dollar back....meaning $27 dollars went to the salesman....the salesman keeping $2 for himself leaving the total cost of the tv at $25.
the trick part of the question??????? while they are each out $9 the total put toward the tv is 8 1/3 dollars each.

$8 1/3 x 3=$25
plus $1 x 3=$3
plus the $2 kept by thesalesman=$30

gimme something harded than that!!!! |
