I hear ya there Jenn, we looked at buying this past summer, but for what they want for a house here in MA I could by 3 huge farms in PA and rent them out. Besides if we keep renting we don't have anything holding us here. Just incase we want to go to FL and fish all winta!!!!! YEEEE HAAAA
