andy lemar's counting method works, but i havent caught any decent bass. probably the reason was wrong spots or time for the bass. i got some bumps on the sluggo when i applied to it.

Yep.. I use that method when I toss eels... keep the tip up... when you feel the bump, dip the tip count a few seconds.. watch the line peel off, then wham! I rarely miss.
Go at night in late summer early fall near an inlet or a breachway on a new moon.......outgoing tide.... with the biggest snakes you can find..

You guys use snakes??..where do you guys buy them? They don't sell snakes at the bait & tackles near me. Do you buy them from a Pet store?...if so, isn't that expensive??
