The people at work think I'm nuts because I am always hoping for bad weather on the weekends. My best days have been on bad weather days. Last year I was fishing one of my favorite spots. It was 8-10ft seas and showery. Cast after cast I landed stripers and the entire time I fished I saw one other guy. I was soaked to the bone but enjoyed very minute of it.

i was wading last year out on a sandbar while it was pouring. it wasn't supposed to start thundering and lightning, but it did. that scared the hell outta me, had to walk back to the beach and then back to my car all the while carrying my pole.

hell yeah
I'm already dressed for the water from below, what difference is the water coming from above make?
and yes, less googans out there, fish feed better with the dropping barometer, nobody can see you digging in your snotlocker, etc etc
I do draw the line at lightning though

Is it good, or is it Sofa King good?

Talking I'm like a seal

Love it, less ppl around from the surf. In a boat depends on what size and the skill of the capt.

Domination takes full concentration..

I noticed that everytime I come how soaked, I caught more fish. A nice SW wind and 3-5 waves with whitecaps, I'm in! Rain never stops me.
