What do time share boat club mean? Voted NO. Can I assume this is one boat used by say 20 people at different times of the year. Hate to be the guy stuck with January!!!!!

You are right...their are logistic hurdles with this business model. It works great in florida but in the Northeast the season is too compressed. The real problem is that you can get January weather in April/May (almost) or you can have half of the season weekends be rainouts.
