You should change your name too so nobody confuses you with Striperman. I Dunno, change it to Keene Street or West End or PostPuker or something...

FlyFish - welcome to S-B... Sadly, we are in the middle of a Spot - No Spot debate. We're trying (and likely failing) to find the right balance between catching fish for our fellow angler or just blowing up access in the process. . [/B][/QUOTE]
No problem John, and thanks... I'm involved in the 4-wheel drive community and we're going through the same thing with public land access.
To the moron who said hire a guide or do your homework, thanks, I hope one day to be able to return the favor of kindness and understanding.

Uh, guys, I was being completely serious and earnest, with absolutely no malice intended.
We're all busy people - and there are times when we just don't have time to do everything right.
I'm being dead serious - hiring a guide is a very efficient way to SAFELY learn new waters when time is at a premium. At least that is my personal experience.
So, I hope this post didn't rub anyone the wrong way, I meant it sincerely. My humblest apologies if it was interpreted as snippy.
On the Cape, the board sponsors Dave's Guide Service
In RI, the board sponsors Joe Lyons.
