envirotex will usually not flow onto the lip unless you put it there first. any drips can be cut off.

A.C. Moore in Dartmouth and Hyannis. price depends on how much. 8 oz. set about 7 or 8 bucks. The key to e-tex is correct measurement of both resin/hardener. Got to be almost perfect. A.C.'s has it in all sizes pints, quarts etc, etc.

Why even try.........

Look for the Coupon....it pretty much gets you a free upgrade to the next size.
I'm going to try some for my next batch, lips in, and see what happens..

Well I did my first batch with doing the epoxy first and did like the way the finish dried. (System 3) I used both methods ferris wheel and hanging and the finishes on both look better than when I used to do the wirieng and lip first then epoxy. I am finding that the lip cut needs to be re cut open. I wish I would of seen Taggers bent card trick before. Most came free with a razor blade but a few will need to be rebandsawed. adding the bill and brommets after leave a cleaner looking plug. I did what Jigs said and used prebent wire but also added masking tape around the wire so the plug did not wobble or slip. My next batch I will experiment using some type of stopper on the wire ends possibly made of rubber. Or a screw plug without the through wire.

Winch, you could also try screw eye or half eye screw hooks on each end and tighten with springs between plugs while spinning.

Justplugit, That is what I'm looking into That way you can get a sloppy with the epoxy and seal near the holes. Right now I am gonna redo the ends to make sure the ends sealed
