If you're going to tie direct at all, on a bottle or a darter try out a perfection loop. It will allow for better freedom of movement. Check it out and tell me what you think.
i love to let a bottle just sit in a rip with that flaptail humming.. the plug is thumping, the tail is humming...you can feel all of it if your using braid.
