I have a 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser that is great on the beach and has plenty of room for carrying everything that I need. I have a Thule roof rack for carrying my rods.

JENN---What's a "tree-fiddy" ???? Inquiring mind wants to know.

F350 see pic above of yellow truck) I know it sure is a step in a very different direction for us but......
I will admit when we sell the old girl I will cry........we wanted something with more space inside , better fuel mileage. Not to mention something with a warranty!
I never thought I would own a rice burner....but two years ago I picked up a toyota corolla for $1000 ....she know has 168,000 miles and still going strong!!!!!! I will never buy anything but a toyota again! sorry but its where its at. and believe me I was a diehard Ford girl (trucks) and Buick (cars) before all this!!!!!

cant wait...we pick the new one up in.......7 hours!!!!

I notice , from watching the news, etc. that all the trucks in Afghan. are Toyotas!!!! If they can keep running there -- they should keep running ANYWHERE!!!!!! Congratulations Jenn -- on your fine choice!!! If I'm stuck--on a narrow piece of sand--between you and the birds--it's only because I have an inferior vehicle(not because I'm trying to HOG the fish). Seriously---GOOD LUCK!!!

Jenn Good Luck with the newyoda...

Mike_M - I'm guessin' that where you're fishing starts with a "W" and ends in "E" Nice sled - I like the two doors (well, and the 4 doors, and the long wheelbase...). And is that a Calcutta 400 on the roof?
