Burns suck, in the bandage aisle of CVS you should find a breathable bandage that you leave on. They are just amazing you cant cut them down and I am not sure if it will work in that location but I can't rave enough how well they work! It forms a pocket over the burn area and keeps it clean. I don't remember the name of the bandage but they do work!!! \
