yeah.. he was a gonner..those eels were in the back of my truck in a bucket all night- he croaked somewere around 3:25 am

Sorry to resurrect. Whiplash or anyone who may be doing this - what are the materials used to build something like this - any pics? I'm inland with a steeam right out back - hoping this may be a more hassle free way to keep them alive.

Just wondering if you guys ever skin dead eels ..pretty easy ,, I make eel skin lasanga in a rubber made food container.. Kosher salt ,,skins ,,Kosher salt .. skins ,, A little water just so fridge doesn't dry them out .. last over and over again on trips .. doesn't smell .. worth doing on the larger eels ..

Update...

I am at this point....
20 Gallon Aquarium
20 gallon aerator with a tube to a splitter and two stones
30-40 Gallon filter set up from Pet Smart with the HVY DTY Filters
12 eels stay for 6 days then water must be changed
24 eels make it about three dyas then require change

Damn eels find a way to sneak out of the top all the time...I have two paint cans and other wights and foil over any cracks/places that light can show them the way out
