Fishing is a endurance sport.6-8 hrs on yer feet.making 10,000 cast's.
As we get older it does not get any easier.
While I may not look it.I am really limber.I walk, I move the weight's around enough to keep the dust off em.Every morning out of the shower I do a 5 minute streching routine.Look at some yoga moves..It's worth it..You have to keep at it.
The choice is simple really. The thing that bothers me the most is sleep deprivation..
I need my rest now more than when i was younger..I can feel the toll all nighters are having on my phyiscal health.

just kidding obviously. my uncle has alot of joint problems and takes some joint supplement from GNC that he says changed his life. I'll ask him next time I see him - its probably either steroids or HGH under a different name though

I studied some martial arts about 25 yrs ago..It's all good.Just getting some excersise is trhe key.Whatever it takes. 150 mins a week is a good start..
Its as simple as a 1/2 hr walk 5 times a week.U will be surprised in the difference it makes..

Not sore at all this year... No, NOT a good thing. Wasn't able to fish as much due to family stuff. I much rather be sore.
