10 to 12 in Cumberland.

weird part was i went to lunch at 12:15 yesterday and it was just starting. When I went back at 1:15 , we had 3 inches. I think 3 inches in one hour is unusual. Did not go to rain then stop. It just was all snow then nothing. I'm glad there was no ice layer on top .

5" then turned to sleet something fierce, I thought it was raining, it was coming down so hard.
