I took out the image. You guys are right. #^^^^^^& might have a problem with it. I just thought it was cute. That was the only picture of a cast I could find though, was nothing against Bill.

Patrick, I'm sure Bill will appreciate you using his pic from Block Island in the posture of the perfect cast - at BM's Olympic pool. But you gotta make sure that you tell everyone that it is NOT YOU in the surfcasting position... Wouldn't want to confuse hime with you, knowwhaddimean? Different ends of the beginner -v- experienced scale...
BM - just so you know - that ain't Radar

John,
Speaking of rights to use images, on the gallery pages, the B+W photo of the surf guy holding the large bass. That's an image out of the book. Don't know if it's copywrited or not but I think it would be in the best interest of you and the site if you posted the photo credits. I'm sure I posted them when I posted the pic but if you need them again, I can email them.

Hey BM
Now I know what all those flashbulbs were about down the beach on Friday night. You must have talked to the Good Will Ambassador of that hole - the old timer Joe. A very friendly guy.

Just met Joe that night - Striperman introduced me to him ... seems like a great guy.
He just said - Wow your doing real well on that Needlefish. Why don't you go show those guys down the beach how to use one!!
Just kidding ... He was even nice when I broke out the flyrod, although I suspect he thought I was crazy ... come to think of it ... he might be right!!
