A bit of improvement needed

After countless cast and only 8 fish it's still together but I need to loose the tail hook and will have to make up something to take it's place (is it called a flag? dressed but no true hook with 1/2"+/- shank ). Still got one digger on it's chin from the belly hook which I think occured while fighting a fish pic #3 and minor diggers on the tail from tail hook point.

Tail hook caused diggers and the shank of the hook caused wear (I assume when it hit the water)
