Based on last nights meeting of the RI Striped Bass Advisory Committee it looks like no change to Rhody recreational regs this year. Only question yet to be determined concerns the R&R commercial season start date which was June 1st but may be pushed a week or two later - a minor disagreement between upper bay and south coast commercial user groups on that issue.
