I'm ready
I'm ready. Any weekend, just let me know which.
Rockport sounds good. Up by me a bit more!!
For those of you who are not morning people: remember, its FISHING, not work! Up with the sun (or well before) out on the H2O! Thats when those giant fish are out, eh?
We got any dates yet? 11th, 18th, work for me.
When are we going?
When are we going?
When are we going?
I asked you three times already!!!

day without the guys-small time
Jul's, thats the difference between guys and gals. Your arranging a trip for a day (shortsighted at best) and we guys would try and weasel a whole weekend out of it. Regardless I hope everyone has fun.

Katie - you be introduced to the "light weight" fishing methods. Unlike your Dad, most people feel that dragging 7 rods, bait, spikes, and harmonic balancer puller all of 2 miles is a bit much . When FW speaks of "Girls Day Out", she can give you more specifics but you'll likely bring one medium sized rod, waders (worn warmly), some plugs & tackle in a small bag. This allows you to get around quicker
We're working on your Dad - so far we have gotten him not to bring the tent, cooler, grille, 40 Megawatt Coleman Lantern, and 5" B&W TV when he fishes

What an incredible level of excitement here! I've been looking for a way to get women excited for the last 30 years and now I find out all you have to do is take them fishing!! Live and learn!
SweetieFace , you want to do this way further south than Rockport or Marblehead. Fish will be active sooner further south.
Katie for this kind of spring fishing , everything you need should fit in a small purse with a shoulder strap. Actually , maybe not a purse since it will get wet but about that size.
Anyway , I'm still thinking this is not fair to men but I guess I'll have to live with it!

Swimmer & Saltheart, you just want to go with us, but you can't!!!!!! SORRY
Katie, don't worry about the waders, we will get more into this later as I am in the middle of taking my captains liscencs final test on Saturday, but I got ya covered, Sweetie face or anybody else, if you don't have the right gear, we have plenty extra that we use for our guide service so don't worry we will get ya set up.
We will get into more specifics after the MSBA show next weekend, just kinda going crazy right now. But I will post things you need to bring and stuff and then we will work out the details!!!

The term "hot babes" is an expression used to inflame the tempers of outdoorsy type women!

FW, what about those nice dressed hoties I see lurking around the canal during the summer? You might need a "man" sized extra wader for these "girls" however, although I think it unlikely they would want to be seen in public out of their heels.

My wife has always complained that we don't spend enough quality time together between April and November.
So I bought her a pair of nice ladies' waders and a custom rod and a VS150 reel.
I'll show her quality time!
