Whatch where the fireworks are happening, go elsewhere and go out a little later than usual and you should be fine night fishing the surf. Chances of tripping over some "romantic" action are also at their hightest this weekend also. Get out there.

OK so here is a way to kill time this long 4th weekend since many are not fishing/boating:

Akinator on mobile (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone 7...)

Happy 4th everyone!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

July 3rd, almost no one anywhere east of Nebraska shoal, fished pretty much alone all day.

had a fun night on the water with a buddy of mine, watched some fireworks in the distance and tossed eels along a rocky shoreline. We had a dozen bass between us, all small 8-15 lbs , went through @ 20 eels and had a few decent fish break off in the rocks. Was a great night to be on the water, no other boats in the area.

Watched fireworks from the new yak friday. Then monday the wife and I hammered 10lb+ blues for a few hours in the yak! First full out blitz in the new yak! Amazing being right in the middle of huge pods of blitzing fish , so low to the water!
