Thanks Craig ... I am a lover of vitamin C ...
... now tomorrow I get a friend to help me put the A.C. in, which I had been holding off on ... tonight is blistering in my home, two window fans and still hot and sweaty ... I wonder if the percocet has anything to do with it ...

doubtful....

Sorry for your trouble Andy. Let's look at the underlying issue that nobody's talking about for a minute- NO FISHING?!!

Thanks guys for the continued support ... and George, you are right, missing fishing is bumming me out ...
Craig, it's my lower left leg - the tibula (inside bone) and fibula (outside bone) ... the thing that I still have not figured out is why none of the doctors that have seen me have given much consideration to the break on the fibula up toward my knee, as it's not a load bearing break ... it still hurts and is not even covered by the boot ... I will have to bring it up with him on Tuesday.

look up Comfrey
this plant grows wild near the ocean
but often goes over looked
horses love to eat it
in the days of OLDE it was often used
to speed healing because of its high levels
of allantoin a substancce our body's make
and it is like BONE glue... man
in the old days it was called "KNIT bone"
because of how fast it mended breaks.

Thanks Craig,
I will check at the local health food store ... but if my foot is not set right, may want to wait until I see the doctor ... as much as I want this healed, I am still leery that he did not set my foot correctly and don't want to have it heal up in the wrong direction ... that is my biggest fear right now.

Sorry to hear this Andy ... One of the worse things I've ever seen was you doing a face plant into a boulder down the canal . Second only to Tattoo Bob doing a cartwheel off a cliff on Block Island .. You 2 should never fish together .. Get Well soon ..

Thanks guys, I appreciate the support.
 - Eddie that is funny ... but, typically when Bob and I fish together, we usually find good fishing ... however, was that face plant really that nasty looking?
... I do remember the faces of all you guys up on the path when I asked you if it was more than a scratch ... you all made a nasty face and reared back ... it was quite humorous ...
