No Scott I didn't call. The case will be escalated to a tier 2 specialist. They will reimburse you. I only chimed in this thread to state GM is doing more than they ever have to help customers, they know how they used to be and are taking steps to right the ship. Your truck definately has a problem. Your dealer can help you but doesn't want to. IMO your issues could have been handled much better. GMs policies are quite clear on customer issues, and not one of them is politically motivated.

Well if they fix it then I'll sure be happy. Tnx for your help!

Wish you weren't so far from me for service you'd get my business.

This dealer was always like that when Tuck owned it. Btw I put the sensor on the bench and looked at it with an ohm meter and it looked fine.

File under chuckle...a GM customer service rep popped up on the duramax forum today on this. Good if they're using forums to improve their product. Bad if it's cya mode.... They're probably here now too.

Well the dispute went beyond the 45 day rebuttal time and not even a call from the dealer. Oh sorry we forgot about it....nope.

Stuff this in your pipe Barry

Chevy Volt Costing Taxpayers Up to $250K Per Vehicle [Michigan Capitol Confidential]

6000 volts? What a freakin JOKE.

Should ring the whitehouse with all the carcasses and let them use it as a protection fence. Then again probably not even worth it.

Again with the false reality. With each one sold, that number per vehicle goes down. Those batteries aren't only going to be used in the volt, either.

Distort, distort, distort.

"It’s unlikely that all the companies involved in Volt production will ever receive all the $3 billion in incentives, Hohman said, because many of them are linked to meeting various employment and other milestones"

"GM has estimated they’ve sold 6,000 Volts so far. That would mean each of the 6,000 Volts sold would be subsidized between $50,000 and $250,000, depending on how many government subsidy milestones are realized."

Th $50,000 - $250,000 numbers are only if 6,000 volts are ever sold.
