It was a pine. Can't post the pictures without the desktop and don't know how with the phone yet, but we have several trees down and more to go down for sure (leaners uprooting) so far 2 nieghbors without power because of trees falling on their powerlines. One blocking th road

Amazing, that last gust ripped a neighbors willow into shreds...even tossed an 8' piece about 50 yards and over our 6' fence! Wish I could have seen that...

Wind and rain has picked up, power cutting in and out in Pembroke. When do we start looting and burning things?

Waited too long to start making breakfast, threw the bacon in the pan and POP, out goes the power. Had to dig out the 35yr camping Coleman, still good as day I bought it. Glad to see I haven't lost the touch. I'm starting on the beer SOON so it doesn't go bad.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

fishing

was pretty good yesterday

caught a nice 4 lb LMB and a real good snickeral

but then the rain got heavy which wasn't too bad
except lightening was extremely possible
and therefore it was time to exit....

and of course ONE lady just had to stop at the boat ramp
and ask why we were leaving, because of a little rain?.

I was certain ours was going to break but the winds didn't end up being that bad...

This is impressive.

First one with my hat on it is the one I watched through the window in the garage, it could have got me if it came that direction it also could have hit the driveway where my newish log splitter, kayak and a bunch of other stuff is parked.

More damage I'll post later when I get back out with the camera, top of an oak just missed my neighbors garage, next to his house another neighbor almost lost his shed to a tree.

One more of a leaner, same house caused power outage over the winter when one of the damn pines came down, my power supply for the desktop died because of the power surge. They are very lucky the tree that came down missed their house and their neighbors (only took out his power).

Just came back from a coastal tour from the canal to Marion and the difference from end to end was night and day.

Still have power in S. Plymouth but looked like it was out from Onset to Marion.

Quite a few boats way up on the beach between Onset and Marion.

Marion harbor was crazy but then we went out to Silver shell beach, which is just outside of Marion harbor and it was X10.

Marion looked like a ware zone compared to where I am in Cedarville.
