Went to see CroMags and Supertouch last night. Off to the PO shortly to mail out a ton of plug bags, plugs, and a van staal real shortly. Picking up the my mother in law and grandmother in law at Logan at 1 today. Hopefully will watch some soccer and football at some point too.

Do your PT!
I found 5 lb bags of frozen peas are the best ice pack. I use to put 4-5 bags on my knee to try and help keep the swelling down and the help stretch stuff

They sent me home with a Polar Ice machine. Very nice and effective Ice pack. It's essentially a small cooler you fill with ice and water. It has an internal pump that circulates the ice water to a wrap on the knee. Works great.

I'm medically prohibited from dancing and singing ('cept singing to fish).
Got back a couple hours ago from sleeping an hour or so from an all night scout Halloween party - wasn't supposed to be all night. Even Clammer couldn't sleep.
Then Scouting for food, cranky kid - yep - time for bed.
Big Bo - hope the knee heals - that sucks. The machine you are on stretches for you as well?

No. Some people get sent home with the CPM machine that essentially moves your leg from full straight out position to varying degrees of bend. In the hospital I was doing 75% the day of surgery, next day 80% and yesterday was at 90%. I had decent range of motion, so they didn't send it home with me. They really want you doing it on your own rather than the machine doing the work. The one thing nice about the CPM machine is that after extended periods of rest (like sleeping) you weren't as stiff starting out the day if you ran it durning the night for several hours.
