Might have just done my PB today, plus about 25-30 C&R. Fish after gutting and out of the water for 10hrs still weighed in @30lbs. You'll have to check out the FB video on this day.
BTW: gear used was UglyStik Tiger 20-50lb, Shimano 6500B baitrunner with 20lb test Momoi mono, 3' fluoro leader, and a circle hook

2 more today but wind / waves SUCKED! Easily 2-4fters all the way in past Deer Is and 4-6+ out @Graves on a NE 15-20+.

Ditto. I had 2 fish come unbuttoned because I was alone and being pushed into the rocks. Can't fish and drive when the waves are 2 to 3 with an occasional 4. I was in a gut between 2 islands and the opening faces NNE. WOW!!! |
