Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!
Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?

Happy birthday Raven!
I thought you were in your 40's, you sure look good for that many decades.

Really? seriously? I'll have to try that, not that I have a problem with uric acid , but the joints creating inflammation from arthritis could use a break

IN A WORD: #^&VITAMINS
i am taking the "Move Free" Advanced by Schiff
URIC ACID: is also what's responsible for kidney stones formation
drinking grapefruit juice or orange juice (or citric acid)
helps keeps them in check.... (ie melted)
*
i ordered the high potency cherry concentrate anyways
from puritan pride to kick some uric acid crystal ass-lol

red meat............. eating allot of it...
it's now known, it leads to an early heart attack or stroke
and is now believed to increase your chances of getting one
by 50%
so i use it for flavoring not as a main dish...
like 85% vegetables and or starch to 15% meat.
