I just pick ed up 3/0 Mustads and they size up to VMC 4/0. I saw the broken hooks. Now I wonder. I'm changing because of a heart breaker now I see those. Geez!

I am still catching fish after fish on this darter I got thanks to Stewie that Chuck (linesider69) made a long time ago.

I went out last night to a favorite spot I used to fish a lot and was reminded why I don't fish there anymore, a line of people. So I went west, way west and fished the whole west tide. Got fish on the first cast on darters by Chuck, this yellow one and a dark blue mackeral one too. It took a while to fish thru the schoolies to get a decent drag burner and some other decent fish but worth it. I did not do so well jigging. I was glad to have a few poles worth of real estate to myself when this fish took off. Not as big as I thought it would be but that is plug fishing.

Chuck, make some more of these please

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.

ID:	64650C'mon guys and gals - It's October and other than George and Slipknot, nobody has done anything this fall on their plugs or some they got from friends who do the wood thing?! Where's Larry with a BigFish showing? Where's Paul with a flaptail fish or two? Or is George right in saying that your talent lies in a plastic plug, God forbid? (Actually, I made that up!)
What about the rest of the crew? Or have eels and Sebiles, SP Minnows, and Savages stolen the soul of the dedicated plug tosser?
Just to get thing started, no monster, but a photo of Tom Worthington who caught this on a R M Smith Jackhammer along the islands on Monday in heavy swell that made dodging rocks and working in tight interesting in order to avoid one of those rollers breaking into the boat. It proved to be a good day for keeping track of what was behind us!

I made a small 3/4oz. pencil popper earlier this year and have been taking lots of fish on it recently. I really just had Albies in mind when I made it but it has been working well for keeper bass when there on peanuts. The bass in the picture is 38" and was a decent fight on my albie setup.
Also been taking lots of fish on some darters I made this year. The other night I had 10 bass on this yellow over white darter, which was the only darter out of that batch I didn't hydro-orientate. My buddy was struggling to catch any bass on a super strike darter not 15' away from me.
It's been a slow year all in all but fishing is starting to get hot in my area.

My time on the water has been pretty limited this year but I did manage to fool a nice bass with a skonrad earlier this month. Not a great pic, I realized after releasing the fish that the camera lense was all fogged up for the pic. Oh well!

Got two of these today on metal lips while bass fishing. Incidental catches. Both were larger than all but a single bass I found.
