The price is set by O.P.E.C. (Organization of Plugbuilders Enterprise Coop) They meet once a year and in their infinite greed will set whatever price they feel the market will bear. We are at their mercy.
Actually I think when you consider the amount of work involved in a custom plug compared to production plugs that are approaching $16.99 retail, you are truly getting your moneys worth and then some. They should be more like $25- $30.00 each.
Plastic injection molded stuff which I know for a fact costs about .40 cents to produce overseas is the real question esp. when you shell out $14.99+ for one of them fancy yashizukimoto swimmers that don’t swim anywheres NEAR as well as wood. And wood smells great when properly trashed.

because at night bass use their lateral line to pick up the vibe much more than the daytime, No? I got no problem with bombers, they catch, not nearly half as much fun as wood thou.

I agree on the bomber v. You-Zur-Eye debate... I'm not sold on YoZuri's... had good nights with them, but had a testing point last year... gave my LAST 'bus bomber to my lil bro... he fishes once a year.... I threw Yo's, wood, plastic... I got burned bad that night.... he still talks smack..... in the right condiions Bombers are the nuts.... in big water or at a breach... give me wood or give me death (or smilin bills)

I dont use bombers much anymore, to me they pale in comparison to the megabait swimmers. the 1 1/3oz and 1 3/4oz are my go to's for plastic. Dont use yozuri's, cant cast em. Except the surface cruiser

Yours were The 1st in the mail Bernzy. I hope you like them.
I would like to publically thank Bernzy for making this Lip a reality.
He provided us with the original sample some time ago & encouraged me to work on this asap.
Bernzy is a one of a kind Gentleman, a true craftsman, artist, sportsman, and a person that any one of us would be blessed to call a friend.
Thanks again Bernzy

Specs are:
- .032" thick #304 stainless steel, exactly like the original
- 1.425" face width
- 1.045" face height
- 1.775" flat overall length
- wire slot centerline from top of lip is approx .243
Although they are complete, and listed on the site, i am holding off shipping any orders til Bernzy and Capesams get back to me with their feedback.
Thanks guys .
