Tobias, the only time I'll be carrying your gear is to stock my plugbag! (even though your plugs only catch twinkies, some are pretty!)
Waterford, It's my turn to buy the glow sticks, your turn to buy the bait! You have fuel for all of our laterns?

Are anyone of you fishing Friday nite, do you have room for another? I'm going down Fri after work and it would be nice to hook up and fish some. I'm close to Weekapaug but can meet anywhere (almost) in RI.

I'm really bummed I can't make it, but I've put off a yard sale twice now due to rainy weekends and I can't delay further. Unless we have a complete washout, I'm getting rid of 14 years of stuff we have collected. I hate yard sales, one big pain in the butt, which is why the stuff got collected in the first place I guess.

Arrow what if...........GS

you made it a tag sale instead....and then you give 10% of the profits to some resposible kids of family or friends to run it for you
which they simply love to do as much as selling lemonade.
If you need some descriptions/history for certain items print them.

when it comes to FISHING ,I say: the house work be damned
i HAVE to go fishing....it's my sanity! and that would apply to yard work and or yard sales too.Besides..its gonna be raining probably and its a well known fact that yard sale crowds are most enthusiastic when its sunny and dry. think AGAIN ->you will
be very muched MISSED otherwise! ....Just an alternate point of view.
Very quickly it will be 95 degrees and SOOO hot all you'll want to do some weekend is sit around and sell the "stuff" where as now
the fishing and the weather will be PERFECT!!! HMMMMM I THINK ITS AN EASY DECISION TO MAKE.

I think Raven makes an excellent point....

GS, what if you do the yard sale thing in on Sat. morning, and then meet us down there in the late afternoon/evening for the cookout/festivities/fishing.

Hey, ya gotta eat, don't you??? Might as well be in CT with 20 or so of your closest SB friends and fish.....

All depends, not only have to have the yard sale, but it's going to rain Sat. night, something new and different; so I've got to bring a large amount back inside. Then I've got a long drive, I'm guessing a solid 1-1/2 hours, so it's going to be a crap shoot.

Lightbulb on the other hand

some of the s-b people can't come and buy anything at the yard sale either... as they will be (for the most part) in conneticut. i for one would be curious to see what you do have for sale. i would hate to find out the exact thing i happened to want was sold because i was out fishin instead of attending the yard sale. speaking of hate...
if i hate to do something i generally farm it out to someone else and pay for the labor rather than> do it->myself...

also... too bad you can't cover everything in plastic for just one night ->as in one huge piece. and now i'll shut up...
always feels good to lighten your load though...possessions become an albatross around your neck weighing you down heavy.
oops shhh raven shhhhh
