My wife has popsicle toes! You should start a Michael Franks thread. There is a whole lot to post up.

Joe B....I am actually way more into Scott Henderson these days, but I still like him

Heard this in the airport and it brought back memories of how different and great this was back in the day

another this week. A little New Awlin's blues thanks to Allen Toussaint. Great tune. Great album.

Finished the session with that one, seemed like an appropriate one to end with. Always brings visions of Apocalypse Now to mind.

on Pod today. I can see why Zappa liked this guy. Perfect fit. Magician with the guitar, such a unique sound and great front man. I can't wait for him to come around again.

this album is great. This is my favorite rendition of All along the watchtower by far. Mason had some part in getting Hendrix to record it.

Nice choice.
The guitar lick is Jerry Garcia and the song was also used by
the Beastie Boys (Johnny Ryaal).

Thanks for the David Bromberg. Just used it on a playlist.
I love this thread because I just need my memory jogged sometimes.
It's dusty in there!

a little west coast studio player Micheal Landau. Really fell for this guys sound, style, after seeing him play with R. Ford a few years back.

George Knight show on ERS early Friday on the drive into Boston, seems like the perfect Friday song depending on your mood I suppose. Worked for me this week. Once you have seen this video you will never forget it.

No one made it scream better than Mr. Moore. Very Santana-esque in this one. Good close-up fretboard work and one of the best guitar faces ever. Please support our troops! Have a great M Day!
