Talking how to articles

like this one from offsite
how to filet a fish

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.

John, once again thanks for all the work you put into the site. A possible link to tide charts/weather. The site looks great. A new front page

I would like the tide and weather link so I would not have to leave here and miss out on some of the fun . All in all a great place the way it is I do miss some of the old guys and the way it was when I found it but as they say you can,t go back. See you at the TFCTFN.

i want the site to be like the good old days when fellas like Basslessmaster were regularly posting, and there wasn't so much bickering and fighting over this 'n that but more camraderie and fun.

guys, remember when it was fun, both over here and over at SOL?

i remember. can't we bring some of that back?

-a sponsors list with links. For me, point and click is an advanced technique.
-everything else about this place is simply the best, especially the people. I come in here looking for a left handed, stainless steel widget and I get 12 responses telling me where I can find them in 302, 304, 316, 410, AN60 and if that ain't good enough there's the other place, he's got monel and inconel. Best thing is, not one such response says anything like "did you check that large internet auction site?". Like e-bay is some kinda state secret. Excuse me, but I just remembered, Hey Salty, where are my burrs? Just kidding, Salty. But seriously John, where else on the internet? Thanks for keeping this place the best and for keeping all us kids from throwing oatmeal across the table.

I'd like to see some kind of little voting thingie on each thread as to where if the thread starts to stink, 6 votes makes the thread go poof...letting joe public decide the fate of said thread.

BOAT fish do count.

I thought they just descended into oblivion by themselves, going further and further down the page until they are gone.

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!
