bombers work great and usually catch right in the wash anyway. something to think about. just test them both to see.

I am tetering on whether to do howdys or hawg hunter pencils.

Chris don't feel behind I haven't even used my lathe yet this year
I haven't even tested my design yet. I won't be ready to mass produce my plugs until January.

Cool Bruce. I love that lure. The only thing I changed from my original is I put a little less weight so it stays afloat. The one I had sank like a rock. It still cast's a country mile.
Chris I am far, far from done. I am also going to Aruba for 2 weeks in Jan. so I will loose that time so need to get an early start. Besides I will be sweating the final operation big time. I will be suicidal if I wait till the last operation to screw them up. P.

I will probably always be gun shy. Don't really care that much if I screw up my own but when they are going to others it adds a little extra pressure. I ain't given up though.

I'll weight them to just float. Brad didn't make then all the same and many sank but they catch fish. These will cast and fish great.

Epoxy? Paul, when you get to that part call me, you might want to use something else if it's giving you fits. I'll help you out.

Unhappy

epoxying 3 plugs a night on a spinner for 8 hours for 30 plugs... is going to take quite awhile...

Domination takes full concentration..

Anybody do the Math......23 builders making 23 plugs each.....There's going to be 529 Plugs floating around for this thing

I spun mine this past weekend, have all the holes drilled too.....Tonight I'm going to put the cups in for the mouth. hopefully they will be all sealed after this weekend and ready for some paint

I did learn one thing...its hard to be consistant....They are all roughly the same but there are some small differences.......I guess they are "Unique"

makes you appreciate the guys who turn'em out in quantity for sale
