Down to one pill a day of the wellbutrin. sleep is back to normal.

You guys have made it . Sounds weird, but just beware of second hand smoke .. If your getting a wiff of someones second hand smoke and find yourself breathing deeply ..Get the hell out of there ., They'll get you hooked again .. Especially in a confined space like carpooling . Drive by yourself before taking that chance .. As time goes on you'll get stronger and stronger and look back at this as the best thing you ever did for yourself ..

Tagger is right. When I smell second hand smoke I take a big wiff without realizing it. Part of me is grossed out by the smell and the other 1/2 would kill to take a nice big haul off that cigarette.

not even a puff....I stop for short periods without any then start again...I'm really good at quitting, I quit all the time

Yea ,,, Because thats the way you been dealing with stress the last how ever many years you been smoking . Actually Smoking a butt will make stress worse. Try replacing that habit with another .. Try to fart . Quitting smoking you have to deal with these things all the way down the line . Thats why I think its the hardest, but most rewarding thing I've ever done .. Wish I never started .

Wish I had never started either.All that time and money wasted.
