Got a late start today as Kenny had to bring his grandson to daycare, so by the time we got on the reef it was about 9:30. O well we were just out playing any way. We caught a bunch of Tog but all shorts, I bet we had 100 14" fish? I moved around and the same thing??
But like Sandman said it was a perfect day out there!!

Weather is looking snotty. Should we come up with a backup plan, just in case. Anyone have any decent inshore spots- all mine are around the islands.

Blowing SE at 25 kts right now.
Wind shouldn't be against the tide til early afternoon so it should be fine.
We can always go N towards Penikese or stay on the W side of the bay like Ted suggested.
I think we will have a fun day and catch tog.

Still have room as Skippy seems to have "backed" out.

Will there be a pool for largest tog? 5 or 10 per angler.......

Joe: see you around 7 in the Tundra/Triumph combo. May or may not need ice.

Keeps the boys occupied chasing them around the house?

I already committed to buying a bushel...we'll decide if more needed.

Catch em up guys. Hope it lies down for you. I got tossed pretty good today in my 20 footer outside jigging for cod. Had a six foot roll thrown in for good measure

We got a little beat up in transit today. Needless to say no pictures. Thanks again to Goose for the hospitality, tips, etc. Great time with dennis, as well. I'm back home about to cut up the days totals. We had a very good time and I am SORE!!!!

I also managed to make everyone near and dear to me think I had sunk because I left my phone in the jeep for fear of dunking.

Stands to reason that the one time that I actually behaved myself I somehow made my whole family panic!

Anyway, nice to see Sea Dangles, niko, PR Buzz, Jay, Cohen, TO, Vic, Makojoe, and anyone else I'm leaving out there today.

Now to go cut fish.

Tough day for Togfest III. We brought home 10-11 nice tog, thanks Chuck! Freebie got a tog, first since reaching puberty! Nice fish Ryan. Chuck definitely schooled us all today.
We were right in the middle of a bite of good sized fish and the anchor broke lose on a big swell, killed that bite. Never could relocate exactly again and bite changed to all shorts.

Hope you guys had a good time.
I was on the tuna grounds.
Left out of Plymouth it started out to be an awesome day.
Ran to the grounds it was like someone turned on the switch to the fan blowing a steady 25-30
Never ever dropped anchor as I know that bite is over anyway (for now)
Ran to some humps out beyond the Bbouy.
Leo & I picked and scratched our way and got our limit of rock cod.
Brought some macs & pollock back into Boston harbor to play with some bass but wind was howling inshore also (west)
Think I'm done with my boat for the year so I'll be looking to hoe a ride for some tog if this weather pattern changes

LETS GO BRANDON
