Not sure you are right about that. It’s hard to think of a more despicable candidate than Trump.

But Hillary.......

oh i agree, the longer she’s in there and the more camera time
she gets, the better for the GOP. that primary is going to be an absolute freak show, will like like the ‘cantina scene’ from the first Star Wars movie.

Neither she, nor Spartacus, would stand a chance against Trump. Ditto Bernie. Then there's Gillibrand, the tobacco company attorney, yes let's elect a cigarette company mouthpiece.

Kamela Harris has a chance. Biden could not lose.

I don't think Biden would stand a chance in the primary (unless it's him against 10 indistinguishable communists who all split the radical leftie vote), but I bet he'd win 40 states in the general. The democratic party at the national level, is a million light years to the left of where it was in 2008. They don't want Biden, and they hate the CEO of Starbucks, who is a liberal democrat, but closer to being a Republican than he is to the rest of the democratic field. It's an absolute freak show.

this is because...while the demcrats often whine about certain questionable characters and whack jobs that end up in races for republican seats...the democrats actually elected their questionable characters and whack jobs to positions of power....the democrats side of congress is essentially an insane asylum

i underwtand naked cowardice in the form of vague insults with zero supporting argument.

everyone running on your side has signed on to the green new deal. nancy pelosi laughed it off as the insanity it is, but they all signed on. bonkers.

it’s easy to say i’m ignorant. a bit harder to show it. lie-awatha, Spartacus, a former tobacco company lawyer ( what a great way to make a buck THAT is), a 200 year old socialist who owns three homes and wrote that women fantasize about being gang raped, Kamela Harris who slept her way to the top according to her former married lover who gave her multiple plum assignments, am i missing anything? the island of misfit toys.

how about anthony wiener and willie horton, have they declared yet?

trump should
step aside, let Pence run with Nikki Haley and win 45 states.

one party likes the policies that have led to low unemployment, high gdp growth, wage growth, good stock market returns and record low unemployment among blacks.

the other side not only supports, but literally celebrates the killing of babies until the moment of labor, and signed into a deal that would guarantee a living wage to those able but unwilling to work, and thinks we can get to zero net carbon emissions in 12 years, and retrofit every structure in the country with green energy systems.

That’s the difference between sensibility, and childhood fantasy.

it’s good to shoot for the stars. it’s less good, to claim you have the plan to be able to touch them tomorrow, when the science and math are so far disconnected from reality.

It will be difficult for Warren to get past this. It's one thing to try and gain an advantage by lying once - but it appears she has a pattern of lying about her heritage to gain a competitive advantage. The best I can see is that she is positioning herself for a possible cabinet position should the Dems win the Presidency.

Her parents told her that she had Native American ancestors and it did show true in her dna test. Did she lie?

you should probably actually verify it if you are using it on resumes and to gain professional advancement...especially if you are supposed to be "smart" and "educated"

I can see your point - but it certainly appears that she only has a very tiny, tiny, bit of indian heritage - certainly not enough to call yourself "American Indian" on an application where being American Indian can gain you a competitive advantage. It's a stretch to believe her.

If your Dad got drunk and told you that you were a descendant of Royalty then my guess is you would not be walking around wearing a crown. Then you have Pocahontas who used this folklore to milk every competitive advantage possible and try to cut the line on multiple occasions. Is she really supposed to be smart? I guess it’s just bad judgement but that’s not a crime.

My own brother did something similar to gain an advantage.... He put "other" as opposed to "white" on his application to that Ivy League college in New Hampshire. He got in.... And I can assure you it was not because of his grades... They were fully expecting a black kid from the north shore of Boston to check off a box in their demographic. The alumni that came to meet with him, after the acceptance, gave it away with her initial reaction..... And forty years later he still identifies as a graduate of that school.

So do the ends justify the means? Or is it a telltale signal of whether someone is going to be a rule follower instead of chiseler? I have my own opinion....

“Americans have the right and advantage of being armed, unlike the people of other countries, whose leaders are afraid to trust them with arms.” – James Madison.

we don’t know what she was told, or what she believed. if she believed it, it’s not a lie. but when she said she never used her heritage to gain professional advantage, that is a lie

You can’t admit she has Indian heritage and then rally around the fact that she lies about it.

For the record, I would not have claimed I was American Indian based on what she has said, but under no circumstances do I doubt that she lied. There’s a distinct fact missing when people call her out in lieing. She has simply exaggerated the truth.
