Buy gas there, and it'll pop up on the TV cam on the pump as you're filling your tank.

It's better than the one it replaced, with some gay looking bleached blonde dooosh dancing and ripping open his shirt to the waist.

Cumby's doesn't even have drive through's so why do they try to compare themselves to places that do? Pretty stupid commercial.

Fortunately I get to see it twice filling my vehicle. Terrible ad campaign.

IMHO if you compare your product to another in advertisement in an attempt to sell it you have already failed.

Talking about an ad is one thing, but if it doesn't generate income it becomes a waste of money. Usually these one-hit wonder ads are the brainchild of some tool looking to make a name for themselves to the higher-ups (a.k.a. brown nosers, butt kissers, nasal tailgaters)

It normally backfires because as "one-hit" wonders they have shot their load and have nothing left in the chamber. Next week they'll be pushing a broom claiming that "They made the company and this is what they got as a reward".

I am a legend in my own mind!

I have not liked any of the ads, but its cumbys, and at $.99 for any size cup of coffee on the way to your honey hole at 2 a.m. it taste pretty darn good. Given a choice, I will choose a french vanilla or a medium hazelnut.

You know I have had the coffee often and it is not horrible. I drink coffee black and never flavored so my standards are different than most

I drink it black as well, have for years. Started drinking in black in the 70's when I lived on the Vineyard. Someone told me the cream and sugar gets your stomach roiling in the morning after a night out, and I found him to be right. It only took a few cups of Linda Jeans coffee, a few mornings in a row, and I never turned back on drinking coffee black. You get the true flavor of the roasted bean that way. I agree with you about the ads though Jack. Cheaply done, it shows. In their favor though the ads are not designed to keep us coming in. They look to have a wussy metro-sexual appeal. Not really reflective of our salt water brethren.

Lol no the ad runs twice while I fill. Not filling up or getting coffee there currently. I get coffee from em in P town when I fish out that way. Only place open for 50 miles in the middle of the night Aside from esperitus pizza which I would never brave in waders after bar hours

No, it runs through twice during the average fill-up. I buy gas there because a) it's Gulf, b) it's as cheap or cheaper than other stations in Buzzards Bay, and c) some of the pump jockeys at the full serv no-name place next door got caught clouting credit card numbers.

Despite what Larry thinks, the coffee is light years better than Drunkies, and it's a dollar a cup, any size. What's an extra large from DD run these days, close to $3 with tax? And 3/4ths of the time they never get it right. At Cumbies, make it yourself, the way you want it, pay at the cashier, and no tip jar on the counter. Plus it was free on Fridays in October.

It's the cheapest place to get diesel around me, so they got me, yes it plays multiple times while filling up... I have tried to find a way to mute it to no avail.
