I've seen Carlos lots of times.
Carlos makes 1 note more musical that any other guitar player alive !

I agree totally .. I'm not a guitar player so technically I can't judge ,, But as far a playing very tastefully he's near the top of the field . .

Eddie Vahalen with 1000 blistering noted per par, ill take Carlos anyday making 1 single note sing like no other guitar player can !

I did notice in that first song "Samba Pa Ti" He goes back and forth between playing with thumb/fingers or that big triangular pick . He's playing soft picking with his fingers and gets a sharp , biting sound with the pick . What ever he wants at the time .
