John Hiatt/Steve Earle Show

Great show Thursday evening at the SS Music Circus! Having never seen Steve Earle before and not being too familiar with alot of his music.....I recognized a few gems and he was a great set!!! Thought I might run into an old friend of mine who is a huge fan but I guess he was not there??? (Matt where were you???) John Hiatt was, once again (seen him here 3 years ago) amazing!!! Talented song writer, showman and guitar player he could play all night and never play all of his hits!!! He was fantastic and his lead guitar player was nothing short of amazing!!! The guy put a slow burn on his Gibson hollow body most of the show and closed with a full on conflagration on "Riding With The King"!!!! Guy was some kind of talented guitar player!! If you ever get the chance to see John Hiatt I highly recommend it!!!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

I can't believe I didn't go either.....I have dragged Deb to see him one too many times I guess...she said no way. I didn't want to go solo...oh well. Glad to hear you enjoyed it.
