Gag's needle?

Is this a gag's? Scored it pretty cheap on e-bay. Screw eyes, old mustad hooks. Thanks.

Also, hang it or fish it? I'm leaning towards fish.

Very interresting design ... jointed needle with 2 hooks in the rear ,,, nothing up front .. very interresting . I see it weighted up in the front also .. If not,, all that junk in the trunk would pull it arse down . I'd hang it until I knew .. way different .

Thanks guys. The two hooks in the rear was what made me think gag's when I saw it. I knew his early non-jointed needles had the hooks placed back. Not bad for $9 considering it looks like its never been fished. I'll hang it.
