Beachmaster Darters
The baby Beachmaster Darter will be available at the RISAA show as well as a big restock of the most popular Atom Jr. colors.
Beachmaster was adamant about open-eye hooks only on the Darter. NO SPLIT RINGS ALLOWED. A bunch of great colors too...

Probably not as I'll be stunned if the Darters make it through RISAA. Beachmaster himself may be coming to RISAA at some point to personally enforce the no split ring rule, answer questions, and maybe wire up a few plugs in the booth for customers.
If the Atom's don't sell out (there's more of them) I'll make them active online but I kind of doubt they'll make it through the weekend either.

2/0 or 3/0 hooks are exactly what he suggests we put on them.

As a rule he doesn't like split rings on any of his plugs. Many work well with split rings, but they were originally built with open eye hooks in mind and if asked that's what he'll tell you to put on there. This is the only plug he's ever been REALLY adamant about no split rings though.
