Hi Everybody,
For the event, we ask that everybody brings some sort of food, soft drink, or paper donation of some sort for the potluck. The categories that most people pick are as follows:
Soups/Apps
Salads/chips/rolls
Soda/Water
Main Course
Desserts
Plates/Cups/Silverware.
We have sterno, chafing dishes, and pans for about 30 different hot dishes, so don't be shy.

I'll put a master list together later on in the weekend.

Thanks and Put Your Creative Entertaining Hats on,
Rick

We have plenty of the following from last year:

20 oz salad bowls
10" din din plates
Cocktail napkins
12 oz styro chowdah cups
Heavy duty soup spoons

We're short on:

Dinner napkins
Washable table cloths

Ricky..
I know most these guys eat with their fingers but, Do you still have the fancy plastic flatware?
Chafing tray base pans?
Sterno's ?
Serving spoons?

Anyone bringing food (in half of full size chafing pan) that needs to be warmed up pryer to noon time, get it there early enough.... ( Ricky gets pissed ;-) )

Box of Joe and donuts for Plugfest anyone?

More to follow

I will get good plastic ware and dinner naps. I got all the other stuff...sternos, chafers, serving utensils, all that stuff.

We’re gonna need to figure out a bulk coffee solution, and I agree that we should add a danish/donut/morning food in general option that we can have going for the morning.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

Dude,
This is perfect! I’ll see if I can swing us one of pump Theron owes for the coffee, too. That way you can have a couple of pots at the same time.

I’ll grab a big thing of ground coffee in the next couple of weeks and bring that for us, too.
