and you forget that flynn didn’t do anything wrong via that meeting. he lied to investigators. which again, is ok when your side does it, like hilary saying she never had classified emails in her server and saying she turned over all the emails.

When a defendant pleads guilty, the gov’t recites the evidence it would use to convict at trial. The judge asks the def, who is under oath, if he’s pleading guilty because he is in fact guilty & for no other reason. Either Flynn was guilty or perjured himself when he said he was.
